In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, the 'Zoom to' option on feature pop-ups continues to zoom in past the full visible extent of the feature for polygon or polyline features which are added to ArcGIS Online from an external platform or data source (for example, ArcGIS Pro or a shapefile).

This issue is not reproducible in the latest version of ArcGIS Online. Contact Esri Support Services if the issue persists.対処法
Create a new hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online, and manually add the features in ArcGIS Online Map Viewer or Map Viewer Classic.
