Layer owners and administrators have the ability to perform any edits regardless of the layer's configuration. In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic, this ability is available through the 'Open in Map Viewer Classic with full editing control' option. In ArcGIS Online Map Viewer, this ability is automatically available for layer owners and administrators.対処法
