In ArcGIS Online, Join Features fail with an error, "Unexpected end of file" or "Expected to find comma, colon or start of array" when inputting the Living Atlas layer 'USA Zip Codes (2015)' and a points layer with a distribution that includes outliers.

Break the points layer into subsets, and then merge the results together.ORUse a different zip code layer from Esri Data and Maps that does not show the error.
