In ArcGIS Online, adding an image to the description in the map note fails to display the image after the map is refreshed.

参考情報
Dragging and dropping an image from local machines or websites into the description box is not a supported workflow. It is recommended to use URLs and links instead. Also, to save a value in any of the input boxes (in map notes), click outside of the box or on another input box. It does not save it otherwise just while typing. This is also expected behavior.再現の手順
