In ArcGIS Notebook Server, scheduling a weekly notebook task to repeat on or after 12:00 AM UTC causes the date to skip forward by two days in Windows.

The issue is a duplicate of BUG-000141891.対処法
Do not schedule any weekly tasks after 11:59 PM UTC. Depending on the timezone set in Portal, the results may vary. For example, when testing in an environment set to Pacific Time, the tasks are managed to be scheduled between 7:00 AM to 11:59 PM UTC (12:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time).
