In ArcGIS Instant Apps, using 'Export to PDF' in the Sidebar template results in inconsistent formatting in a Firefox browser if a map has HTML pop-up configurations.

This issue is no longer reproducible in the Firefox browser.対処法
Open and export or print the PDF using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Regardless of orientation, scalebar stays on the same page as the map.
