This issue is currently not reproducible in ArcGIS Hub, and the map extent of the layer is now being honored when trying to create a map. Select I want to use this, Click on Create a map and click on Start simple from a layer within ArcGIS Hub. Contact Esri Support Services for further investigation if this issue continues.再現の手順
