対処法

Option 1: Remove the 'navbar-fixed-top' class from the first line of the sample before adding to the custom header.Option 2: If sample is already added and the gear icon is hidden, go to the edit mode for the site. Right-click the gear icon and click Inspect. Remove the 'navbar-fixed-top' class from the element in development tools. When the gear icon appears, click the gear icon and remove the 'navbar-fixed-top' class from the custom header configuration.
