In an Open Data site, using the text pane with custom cascading style sheets (CSS) in it causes the banner with the search box to increase in size with unwanted space.

A class named 'banner' is used and defined in the page structure. The supplied cascading style sheets (CSS) redefines and modifies that class, which causes other elements (for example, a banner) that have that class to be displayed differently per the new value of the class. As a workaround, use class names that do not conflict with the existing ones in the page. Additionally, do not use absolute positioning.再現の手順
