不具合
In an Edit Session, populating values using the Attribute window does not work properly when trying to input values for multiple features.

対処法
As workaround, do steps 1 - 4 and for step 5, instead of populating it with a five- digit value, populate it with "1" value. Progress bar will show and will change all values to "1". Once all values are "1", go to "NewIndex" group again, and populate the Shape_Leng field with "10630" value. All values will be changed to the input value.Note: It seems like it works for values that are or less than three digits but error is intermittently encountered when values are more than three-digit values.再現の手順
