対処法
This issue is resolved in ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 with the ArcGIS Server 10.8.1 Restore Reliability Patch that can be found at https://support.esri.com/en/Products/Enterprise/arcgis-server/ArcGIS-Server/10-8-1#downloads?id=7927.
