対処法
Option 1: Make a selection on the input features that are being snapped to include the features that overlap with the layer being updated. This should reduce the number of candidate features that need to be queried and processed, which should improve performance.
Option 2: Enable data sync, take the data offline, perform the operation on the offline data, then sync edits to the server.
