For Version 9.3.1:Create layer file from a raster with the same number of values.For Versions 10.0 and 10.1 beta:Import Symbology and close layer properties. Open layer properties > Symbology tab > Add All Values. Cancel layer properties. Open layer properties again and the other value shows in the value list.再現の手順
