This issue is not in the current roadmap.対処法
If using a signed 8-bit integer raster dataset, do not apply any form compression. If compression is applied to a signed integer dataset, it must have one bit depth higher than 8 to display correctly. Unsigned integer raster datasets displays regardless of bit depth and compression.
