参考情報
Due the age of ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, update ArcGIS Enterprise to versions 10.9.1 and later (preferable version 11.1 and later), as this issue will not occur in the later versions.対処法
- Rotate the device to landscape mode; hyperlinks will work as expected.
- On Android devices, enable the option to open the 'Desktop site' instead of the mobile version.
- This issue does not occur on tablets, only phones.
- This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 or later versions.
