Click on1. Image Service -> Advanced -> New service definition (Specify service type to be 4band-RGBI)2. Image Service -> Advanced -> Add data -> Orthorectication\IKONOS Imagerya. Specify input folder – Click okb. Click on enhancement tab – specify enhancement parameters as you requirec. Click on Pansharpen tab – click on ‘multispectral input’ dropdown, and select ‘Select Bands’d. Click OKAt this point your rasters are added into the service. Only issue being, that the output number of bands you require for pansharpening is 4 band, but the program spits out only 3 bands – this is the error.To overcome the error do the following after adding your data1. Click on Image Service -> Advanced -> Edit Raster Properties2. Click Next3. Click on Process Chains of raster datasets or rasters4. Click on raster -> By raster id, and push the List raster id’s button – from the drop down choose ‘PAN’ and click next5. Click Delete process chains6. Select show process chains in the Image service definition7. Select ‘Pansharpen’ and click next8. Click ‘yes’ on the next window and click next9. Do steps 3 and 4 again10. Select ‘add process to end of process chain’ and click next11. Select pansharp and edit the properties of the pansharp process chain as follows:General TabAll defaults, but set ‘Multispectral Image ID:’ to RED (type in ‘red’ in the text box)Band Weight TabBand 1 weight: 0.167 Band 2 weight: 0.166Band 3 weight: 0.166Band 4 weight: 0.512. Click ok13. Click Next -> Next -> Finish
