不具合
If there are two fields in a shapefile or a feature class attribute table, one called Layer and the other called LyrName, and both have different values, the Export to CAD tool does not produce the features.

This behavior is as designed as of ArcGIS 9.0 Service Pack 3. Please follow the guidlines suggested in the work arounds.対処法
