不具合
If the Edit widget is placed in the sidebar controller in ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, the configuration window of the widget cannot be closed and the pop-ups remain in editable mode.

対処法
1. Open a web map. 2. Click the 'Share' option. 3. Create a web application and go to ArcGIS Web AppBuilder. 4. In ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, go to Theme > Tab Theme and select the first layout option.5. Go to the Widget tab.6. Click on the first placeholder and select the Edit widget.7. Click OK. 8. Save the web application.Adding the Edit widget as an off-panel widget also acts as a workaround.再現の手順
