不具合
If the active portal and licensing portal in ArcGIS Pro are not logged into the same accounts, the sprite sheets for a Vector Tile Style Editor (VTSE) vector tile layer do not display.

If the style item created in the portal is private, ArcGIS Pro must have access to the item and all of its shared resources, even if some of the services used in the item are private. Unfortunately, currently there is no fix the VTSE developer can offer.再現の手順
