不具合
If ArcGlobe or ArcScene are currently open and a web map is opened in a browser on the ArcGIS.com website by choosing the 'Open in ArcGIS Desktop 10' command for that web map on that site, the FileHandler should launch an ArcMap session and open the map in it. Currently the FileHandler tries to send them to ArcGlobe or ArcScene.
