If ArcGIS Online Organization is configured with enterprise logins and the organization has set the sign in options to only enterprise logins there must not be a button to click after entering the organization's URL.

This is by design. Think of www.arcgis.com and the organization page as two different web sites. First go to www.arcgis.com/home/signin.html (one web site) and enter the URL of the organization page. Users are redirected to the organization's sign in page (another web site) and must sign in here. Users are suggested to bookmark the organization sign in page.再現の手順
