不具合
Hosted feature layers that were added to a web map and then that had fields deleted in their Data tab will still have those previously deleted fields appear in the pop-ups of the web map in ArcGIS Online.

対処法
Remove the hosted feature layer from the web map and readd it. This will reset the pop-up and not include any deleted fields.
