Group managers are unable to assign users to groups through the Members tab when the group is an administrative group and the 'Who can contribute content' setting is set to group owner and managers.

This issue is fixed in the June 2023 release.対処法
- Change the Who can contribute content setting to all group members prior to assigning users to groups.
- Invite members from within the group.
