GeoEvent 10.3.1 connects to hosted feature services in ArcGIS Online not by their item name, but their service name which is not always a user-friendly name.

This issue was addressed in the 10.4.1 release of the GeoEvent Extension (as documented in the defect notes) and there are no plans to further port this functionality back to previous major releases. If the environmental restrictions preventing upgrade are still present, this issue can be resubmitted to Esri Development for additional review.対処法
Rename the feature layer item in ArcGIS Online, replacing the friendly name with the name of the hosted feature service (service_<UniqueID>). This can be found by opening the REST endpoint to the service in ArcGIS Online, or by querying the ArcGIS Online connection in the Data Stores at the GeoEvent Admin endpoint.再現の手順
