Filling out the Add Item form in Portal from bottom to top instead of all the fields from the top to bottom, returns the message, "Valid service credentials not fully specified," although the credentials are in the field.
Clicking through the dialog box in order from top-to-bottom processes the information correctly.
The issue only comes up if the radio button for 'Store Credentials with service item. Do not prompt for authentication' is selected.
Update the credentials afterwards, and click Add Item.
