By default, feature layers are rendered using advanced symbology. Since the layer's symbology contains TrueType fonts, it increases the JSON payload of the feature layer at the time of load. The faster alternative is to set `UseAdvancedSymbology= false.` This property can be changed for all layers in a map or for an individual layer.
