不具合
FacilityID is not populated in the output Line attribute table generated by a service area analysis using the arcgis.com network dataset. Fields in the output polygon table and output line table are not generated as described in the documentation.

対処法
Users can do a spatial join of output lines with output polygons to get FacilityIDs from the polygons, but if service lines overlap polygons from multiple Facilities, the result would have multiple matching FacilityIDs.
