Extract Changes within the feature services are producing sync internal replica error when passing the most recent ServerGen number.

対処法

If a query is added to make returnUpdates = true. it retrieves the up to date ServerGen and allows the Extract Changes to be completed. Steps to Complete:

1. Open ServiceURL endpoint.
2. Add the additional parameter returnUpdates=True& in the url in the search bar.
3. Highlight the link and click enter to refresh the feature service.
4. Create a new job and click ExtractChanges.
