After creating a template and deleting network datasets in ArcMap/ArcCatalog 10.4.1 or older, leaves behind some orphan files, and when you create a network dataset using the template in Pro, Pro returns error. Solution is: don’t use ArcMap/ArcCatalog 10.4.1 or older to delete network datasets対処法
Export the streets feature class to a new feature dataset in a new file geodatabase. Then run the 'Create Network Dataset from Template' tool using the same template file. It is possible to recreate the network dataset.再現の手順
