Works fine in 10.1 or later.対処法
After testing ArcGIS Server works successfully, go into the EC2Configuration Settings and clear the option 'Set the computer name of the instance to ip<hex Internal IP> name. Disable this feature to persist your own computer setting.'After restarting the system and reassociating an Elastic IP, REST and accessing Server Manager should still be working.再現の手順
