不具合

Empty pop-ups are displayed in ArcGIS Pro when identifying the features for the Bioclimate Projection on the Living Atlas layer.

参考情報

This is a known issue coming from the service itself and not from ArcGIS Pro. The underlying values are fine, which is why changing items in the Configure Pop-ups pane works. Once the issue is fixed on the service side, the issue appears resolved in ArcGIS Pro.

対処法

  1. Right-click the “Bioclimate Projection: (12)” layer
  2. Click Configure Pop-ups.
  3. Edit the Title and clear the text.
  4. Click Field and select SSP245 from the drop-down list.
  5. Click the back arrow to save this change.
  6. Edit the text element.
  7. Highlight the phrase "Raster.ServicePixelValue" and press the Delete key.
  8. Click Field and select "SSP245" from the drop-down list.
  9. Click the back arrow to save this change.
  10. Save the project.
  11. Click any feature on the map the values are displayed as expected.
