Close and reopen ArcCatalog to clear the locks and for editor tracking to work as expected.In some cases, fields are still unavailable after closing and reopening ArcCatalog. For editor tracking fields to populate as expected, follow the steps shown below:1. Delete the parcel fabric.2. Close and reopen ArcCatalog to clear the locks.3. Copy the parcel fabric.
