不具合
Dynamic Display Roam Tool cannot be reactivated - When the roam tool is active, after loading an .mxd, the Roam Tool cannot be activated by clicking on the mouse. To re-activate it, the user needs to select a different tool and re-select the Roam Tool and activate.
