This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Field Maps. If the issue occurs, contact Esri Support Services as additional information is required for further investigation.対処法
Bringing the form into Field Maps Designer and re-arranging the questions in the desired order.
Note: Duplicate tool does not alter the question order.
