Marking this wontfix - we won’t be fixing any projection issues with the current downloads. The projection capability is in beta and projection issues will be fixed when we move to ArcGIS Online downloads.対処法
Disable Local Projections and download using the default WGS 1984, then re-project as needed.再現の手順
