対処法
1. Open the file with Notepad++,. 2. From the menu, select 'encoding', and notice that UTF-8 without BOM is selected. 2. Select 'UTF-8' encoding, and save the file. BOM are added to the file. 3. Open the file with Excel.再現の手順
