不具合
Decline in performance under ArcMap 10.2.1 when the UTUP is higher than 3. Screen refresh on MXDs with large numbers of layers (> 100) and at large scales is very slow on ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.1 UTUP7 compared to ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.1 UTUP3.
