Manually restore dsconnections.lst files from healthy backup copies.
- Stop ArcGIS Server Windows service.
- Restore healthy backup of dsconnections.lst to config-store and DatabaseSupport locations.
- Start ArcGIS Server Windows service.
Regenerate dsconnections.lst file to a fresh state.
- Stop the ArcGIS Server Windows service.
- Delete dsconnections.lst files in config-store and DatabaseSupport locations.
- Start ArcGIS Server Windows service.
- Perform Validate All from ArcGIS Server Manager > Site > Data Stores.
