対処法

The solution appears to be the geometry_circles.dll created for ArcGIS 10.Rename the existing geometry.dll in C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\bin to geometry_original.dll, then place geometry_circles.dll in that folder, and rename as geometry.dll. I was not able to reproduce the circles problem using the new DLL. However, this must be used in ArcGIS Desktop 10 - the new DLL will not work at 9.3.1.
