Dashed lines are displayed incorrectly when published to ArcGIS Server 10.8, if the line feature class segment has a lot of vertices.

対処法
- Run the Simplify Line Tool with 0.5m tolerance on the feature class
- Symbolize the simplified feature class with dashed line and the user's style in the .mpk.
This workaround is also applicable to ESRI standard dashed symbology styles.
