This is the expected behavior for the effects in that order. By offsetting the line first and then dashing, a line that is a different length is dashed because of the curve. In order to see the dash length not change when offset on the curve, dash the line first and then apply the offset. The order of the effects would be Dash, then Offset.再現の手順
