Thank you for your feedback. The Color-Coded map color scheme is based on the default Colors set in Preferences. After creating and saving a new color scheme, Go to Preferences – Maps – Color-Coded Maps to change the default colors to the new custom colors from the Colors drop down. If you would like to change the colors only for the current color-coded map session, you can select the desired scheme by clicking the Legend tap - Map Appearance - Colors and select the desired colors for the current map session.

対処法

After making all the customizations to the color-coded map, share it to ArcGIS Online and the customizations will be saved in the subsequent web map in your ArcGIS Online content.
