ArcGIS Pro provides enhanced time zone options when sharing web layers with date fields. Upgrade to the latest version of ArcGIS Pro.対処法
- Enable time on the layer and specify a time zone. Then disable the time slider in the feature layer settings in ArcGIS Online.
- Create a new field and use Field Calculator to populate the field with the current time and the UTC offset.
