参考情報
There is an issue when a mission is created from a template in how the report layers are added in the mission map. Although this is an inconvenience, it does not affect the functionality of the product.対処法
The report items are created in the system. By opening the web map in Map Viewer, users can add the layer and position it under the Mission Layers list. There is no loss of functionality in ArcGIS Mission Manager or ArcGIS Mission Responder.
