不具合
Currently borrowed ArcGIS Pro extensions do not allow other login accounts to use the extensions when disconnected from the license manager.

対処法
When disconnected from the license manager:
- Export the [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ESRI\ArcGISPro\Licensing\Extensions] registry keys from the initial user.
- Import the registry keys into the new user.
When connected to the license manager:
- Return the borrowed licenses.
- Check for the extensions that are needed.
