Creating an address locator from ArcMap 10.8.2 fails and returns "Error 000042: Failed to create the address locator. Attribute column not found." error message.

Unable to address this issue within the current product support cycle. If the issue persists, contact Esri Support Services.対処法
- Create a locator with reference data from SQL Server or Oracle databases. The issue is only reproducible with data from a Db2 database.
- Create a locator with nonversioned data when using reference data from a Db2 database.
