Creating a view layer in ArcGIS Online does not show the folders of the owner when an admin is creating a view layer from an item that is not owned by the admin, instead, it shows folders from the admin even though they are not applicable.

対処法

1. Browse to the item overview page of the newly created view layer.
2. Select Move next to Folder.
3. The dropdown shows folders of the owner instead of the admin.
   1. Select the desired folder, the view layer is stored in one of the folders of the owner.
