Converting a mosaic dataset containing NetCDF files to CRF using the Copy Raster tool results in a warning message, "WARNING 003486: The following template will not be saved to the output raster dataset because definition queries are not supported by the output - "name"".

The warning message is as designed, as it is an informative message. The output CRF remains functional as usual. When adding a NetCDF file to a mosaic dataset, variable selector templates are added to the mosaic dataset by default, one for each variable. Additional processing templates can also be added to the mosaic dataset. If a template is applied to the layer and the file is saved as a CRF, the output will contain processed pixels based on the applied template, while other templates are ignored. If no template (None) is applied, the variable selector template is ignored, and the warning message is returned to inform users.再現の手順
