Collector for ArcGIS (Android) does not display web maps if the editing property of the feature layers in the web map is set after the web map is created.

When the web map is saved, it is evaluated to determine if editable layers are present. If so, it is marked as a 'collector' map. As a workaround, save the web map after making changes to the editing capabilities.対処法
