参考情報

At this time, iOS requires apps to explicitly specify URL schemes that are supported within a given app for security reasons. Currently Collector (and other iOS apps like Explorer) honors the schemes supported/ whiltelisted by ArcGIS Online. For support on a specific scheme, submit a request for these to have them added to ArcGIS Online.
